使用方法：

Use once a day with the Toning Massage Oil or Ceullulite Serum. Massage in a circular motion, starting at the knee and, in an upward direction, move up to the top of the thigh. 收到的时候有点吓到，没想到它蛮巨的。

直径大约12cm。

它可以搭配搜身瘦身霜，按摩油之类使用。

我的手没啥力，所以买了这个消脂按摩器。

涂了按摩油之后，直接用这个按下去好舒服。

尤其是肩膀酸痛之类，我喜欢在越累越痛的部位，按越大力。

因为习惯了刮痧，拔罐之类的痛感，我觉得它其实还好。

虽然它的橡胶材质比刮痧器来的软，不过使用前，还是需要涂些按摩油，润肤霜之类的，皮肤才不会受伤。
